Appalachian Smoked BBQ Chicken Wings — 6 Piece

Split wings (drums & flats) rubbed with our house spice and slow-smoked over Tennessee hickory & oak on a hand-built pit, then finished with a light BBQ glaze so the wood smoke shines. Snappy skin, juicy inside. Comes with a side of sauce.

What’s inside: 6 smoked wing pieces (drums/flats), house rub, light glaze, 2 oz sauce.

Reheating

  • Oven (best): 375°F, place wings on a rack over a tray. Heat 8–12 min to 165°F. Brush sauce in last 1–2 min.

  • Air fryer: 375°F 5–7 min (shake once). Brush sauce at the end.

  • Microwave (ok in a pinch): 45–60 sec, then crisp 3–4 min in air fryer/oven.

Keep sauce separate until the last minute so sugars don’t burn.
